Working alongside Balfour Beatty at Sheffield Universities student union. Early involvement in the project saw onsite demolition and soft strip works needed to allow the start of main contract works, involving removal of wall finishes, internal walls, floors, ceilings, doors etc.

STJ Projects were tasked with the full supply and installation joinery contract and the second fix of internal door sets.

Pipe encasements, supply and install of kitchens, and staging were all completed to finish the refurbishment of the student union.
