Originally a Joinery Subcontractor, our company has grown and developed over time, to ensure we meet the needs and requirements of all of our customers.

Still offering site subcontract joinery services, we are extremely excited to offer BM Trada Q-Mark Fire Door Manufacture, Installation and Maintenance, as well as all other quality doorset type manufacture, including high secure doorsets suitable for environments such as seclusion suites, prisons, etc. 

STJ Projects Ltd are also proud to offer our services as Principle Contractor on refurbishment projects, working with numerous NHS Trusts directly.

We feel our various accreditation’s, along with the knowledge and experience we have, allow us to offer a well planned and managed service to our clients in quality doorset type manufacture, no matter how small or large the job.

Our Passion

Our team are very passionate when it comes to Healthcare. Mental Health is a particular enthusiasm and we strive on the challenge to design, manufacture, install or any combination, suitable products and solutions that are fit for purpose bespoke to the client and their building needs.

All of our manufacturing and installation joiners are experience in anti-ligature, anti-barricade and the robustness required within certain environments. Our installation joiners are well experienced working within live healthcare (and mental healthcare) environments. As a company we are hugely proud of our work in all environments, especially those tricky and more challenging.

The experience we have gained over the years, allows us to propose and assist with specifications when required. We are also more than happy to work with our clients proven specification as we appreciate no two environments are the same.
